Award winning photographer Nick Moore loves taking pictures. He really, really loves it. Post processing? He loves that too (although a far cry from when he learnt the hard way, with analogue cameras and whole days in the darkroom, elbow deep in chemicals). He has been lucky enough to learn from some truly ground breaking, legendary photographers as an apprentice. His photography recently led to an invitation to The Prime Minister's home, 10 Downing Street, in recognition of his work.
The majority of his work is through commissioned assignments in the UK and abroad covering intricate product shots for major international high street and online stores, commercial and portraiture work as well as editorial location work for international newspapers and magazines, event coverage, charity and corporate work. He loves studio work but a call for an editorial assignment is always a pleasure. Particularly the ones in The British Virgin Islands.
Nick's London based studio is equipped for the majority of assignments, with multiple backdrop options and state of the art lighting facilities. His faithful assistant Lola has four legs and is really of no help whatsoever other than offering encouragement when it comes to some of the more complex technical challenges.
His work is also represented by various international agencies such as Getty and Alamy, the latter offering over 16,000 of Nick's pictures.
This site includes very little professional commissioned work as client confidentiality is paramount however a sample list of clients, recent commissions and where Nick's photographs have appeared is as follows:
